The short version: most holistic practitioners are invisible. Not because they’re bad at what they do. Because their expertise lives in places AI can’t access—Instagram carousels, podcast episodes that were never transcribed, client sessions that changed lives but left no searchable trace.
I ran spot-checks on dozens of practitioners. People with 50K followers. People with years of client results. People doing genuinely good work.
AI couldn’t find them.
Meanwhile, practitioners with worse skills but better content structure were getting recommended. The algorithms don’t measure quality. They measure what they can read.
What I Learned
AI visibility isn’t mysterious. It’s structural.
There’s a specific set of technical optimizations that signal “this person is an expert” to AI systems. Schema markup. Directory presence on platforms AI trusts. Content architecture that answers the exact questions people type into ChatGPT.
Most practitioners don’t know this exists. The GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) world is focused on tech companies and e-commerce. Nobody’s serving healers.

Why Me
I have an unusual combination of backgrounds.
Technical: Five years in enterprise systems, including Salesforce administration for 850+ users. I understand how data structures and markup actually work. I built complete e-commerce infrastructure for Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp. I think in systems.
Practitioner: A decade in astrology and ceremonial practice. I understand how holistic practitioners communicate and why generic marketing advice doesn’t fit. I know what it’s like to do deeply personal work that’s hard to describe in searchable terms.
